This large custom home's exterior is made of brick and stucco. Arris Design skillfully used these materials, as well as interesting roof lines to scale the home to its neighborhood.

The interior features a curved grand staircase, as well as a monumental window that floods the foyer and living spaces with light. Custom built-in millwork, coffered wood trim, and arched doorways lend to the European spirit of the home

The landscaping maintained the large existing trees, giving the home privacy ample greenery. Also outside, homeowners enjoy a pool area with cabana and hot tub.
