This 4 level historic east side renovation was completed on a very compressed schedule of 5 months. The residence got a complete makeover and redesign, while preserving it's historic architectural details.  A concerted effort was made to save and restore those details that were saveable, and recreate those that were not.  New doors and mouldings were fabricated to replicate the original.

Radiant heat was installed in the complete lower level, as well as in all bathrooms.  Icynene, an environmentally preferable, renewable-based spray foam insulation and air barrier material, was applied to the uninsulated exterior walls.  The renovation also included a completely finished lower level.

The existing design of the grounds surrounding the residence offered very little utility.  This was totally redesigned to accomodate a blue stone terrace, deck, and children's play area.
