Parker Construction carried out a major renovation on this home the garage, small laundry and former guest suite turned office were renovated, allowing the homeowners, avid collectors, more storage and display space for their growing collections. Additionally, they decided to increase the size of the laundry room and add a small work room to further suit their needs.

The intent was to create one large home office from the previous guest suite; to accomplish this, PCCI removed the existing roof and enlarged the footprint of the house, creating a new loft that looks down on the new home office area below.

A new staircase with a wrought iron rail was installed to connect the first floor to the loft space. Custom display cabinets were installed throughout the office and loft and a large storage room adjacent to this loft was created while the first floor the laundry room was enlarged and a new side entry installed.
