Parker Construction partners with the Providence Preservation Society

Parker Construction is proud to announce its “Partnership in Preservation” with the Providence Preservation Society.  Formed in 1956, the Providence Preservation society tirelessly advocated for the improvement of the quality of life in the city of Providence through historic preservation and the enhancement of the built environment.

Providence possesses a rich architectural history and Parker Construction has always strived to preserve that history through both our renovation and restoration projects throughout the city’s East Side. You can view some of Parker Construction’s past projects in our Portfolio Section.

As part of out “Partnership in Preservation,” Parker Construction will be a sponsor of this year’s Festival of Historic Houses, June 13th through the 15th, where you can tour some of Providence’s most extraordinary homes, buildings and gardens. This year, PPS is touring the Cooke Street Neighborhood on the East Side and Pearl Street Lofts on the South Side.
