Senior Site Superintendent
From: Wellesley, MA
After receiving his degree in Economics from Connecticut College, Scott went back to school for Landscape Architecture. In order to make ends meet he started working in construction work and before he knew it he had his own business. Now, with 22 years of experience in high-end residential and light commercial work, Scott oversees projects ranging from the renovation of 300 year old houses, to new construction and commercial work for PCCI. As the foreman on a 50's vintage style ranch (designed by Percival Goodman, a leading synagogue architect) Scott oversaw three historically accurate additions and seamlessly integrated them with the house. The final project was featured on New England Cable's "Dream Homes of New England.
In a typical day, by juggling subcontractors and carpenters and meeting with architects, designers, and clients, Scott keeps a project moving forward and in as organized a fashion as possible. The effort and focus required to maintain all of these moving parts are well worth ensuring that his clients are both pleased and informed.
When he's not on the job site, Scott is either working on his own Victorian home, spending time with his kids, golfing, or downhill skiing in New Hampshire.
