Brady Parker

Director of Client Services

Working continuously with PCCI for the last 15 years, Brady has headed up PCCI's unique Client Services Department for the last ten. In this capacity Brady juggles PCCI's service and warranty tasks as well as manages all supplemental, post-construction projects, and allocates all manpower for the company as a whole. 

With a degree from Johnson & Wales University where he studied hospitality and business, Brady is perhaps uniquely suited for his post as Director of Client Services; indeed, a day for Brady often consists of fielding requests from current and previous clients, troubleshooting any and all issues from a malfunctioning garage door to weather-related issues such as ice dams, and ensuring that PCCI's labor is distributed efficiently and effectively. 

Outside of the office Brady can often be found walking his dog, Baxter around the East Side or playing basketball at the gym.
